6 tbsps of butter.
3 tbsps of sugar.
4 oz of cool whipped topping.
½ container of vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
6 oz out of a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk.
½ cup of crushed almonds or pecans/walnuts.
2 ½ cups of crushed corn flakes.
1 tsp of cinnamon.
Melt the butter in a large skillet then add in the almonds, corn flakes and sugar and brown for 3 to 5 minutes and let cool.
Beat the ice cream, cool whip, sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Place half the corn flake mixture in the pie pan and pour the ice cream mixture on top then spread the rest of the corn flake mixture on top of the ice cream mixture.
Freeze for 3 hours, slice and serve. Voila!
Easy, peasy and sweet! The ice cream mixture tastes like heaven! With the almonds and corn flakes, just OMG. Give this pie a try, you’ll thank me later.
