Beef stroganoff casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup 8 oz sour cream
  • 12 oz uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Steps

  1. Brown ground beef and drain.
  2. Boil noodles until tender and drain.
  3. Combine soups, sour cream.
  4. Add beef and noodles,
  5. mix well. Cover with foil and bake in a 10 X 13 dish at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese
